Our nightclub hours of operation will mean that the contracted hours of work are late nights and weekends. Shifts will vary between 1 to 5 shifts a week dependent on the business and functions that we have on.  We require a good level of written & spoken English and candidates should be highly numerate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling and Til Operation
  • Respond to customer queries, providing information on the night itself and any future events.
  • Impeccable Customer service skills i.e. greeting customers and providing a relaxing friendly atmosphere.
  • Safeguarding at all times the companies’ monies
  • Enforcing all legal and licensing requirements
  • Attending all training relevant to your position especially for fire, hygiene and Health & Safety.
  • Ensuring that any line check / bin book documentations are completed fully and accurately.
  • Adhere to all protocol regarding cash handling and box office procedures.
  • Ensure the Box Office is tidy before, during and after event
  • Collecting payment / tickets for customer entry
  • Responding to Management requests
  • To assist in any other areas of the business as directed by your Line Manager
