The company are looking for a Marketing and Publishing Administrator to join them for this exciting six-month internship. The role will provide marketing and commercial support for the Publishing team with opportunities to work on major projects with large global players.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the marketing team to help deliver global projects, producing updates to ensure all stakeholders are regularly communicated with
  • Administrative and office support across a small, friendly team, including meeting logistics, and managing team resources

  • Strong interpersonal skills – collaborative team player able to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • A flexible and proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with Office software – email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of the Wizarding World™ franchise beneficial but not essential
  • Mandarin helpful but not essential
