Youtube Music: In Residence

There are some great panels, workshops and parties for those interested in the music industry, but it’s not every day that a huge platform like Youtube hosts a weekend of awesome FREE events! Don’t miss out, this is a good one!

YouTube Music: In Residence is a four-day event celebrating the UK music scene. Coming soon after the launch of the new streaming service YouTube Music, the In Residence series, taking place at London’s 180 The Strand between Thursday June 28th and Sunday July 1st, features a mix of live gigs, immersive installations, and talks from leading figures in the music and culture industries.

Each day, there will be performances from new acts like Chelcee Grimes and Miraa May, with more names to be announced. There will be discussions with Annie Mac and Paul Oakenfold as well as emerging names from the creative underground. Elsewhere, there will be installations recreating lost London nightlife spots The End, Plastic People, and Trade, a pop-up sneaker store, an installation from SBTV founder Jamal Edwards, and more.

Not a bad few days then! For a full line-up and times of the events, and to reserve tickets, head here.
